Replacement and Refund
Refunds and replacements of the products that customers purchase from Atech are accepted. Please be aware that Atech will thoroughly inspect the returned item upon receipt and let you know via email, within a fair amount of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement. Within 15-20 working days, depending on your bank’s policies, Atech will reimburse your purchase price and automatically provide a credit to your original form of payment if you are qualified for a refund. Refunds will never include the cost of shipping; only the item’s value will be covered.

The following situations qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • If you received a product that was broken or defective when it arrived, Atech only accepts products that are broken or defective for exchange or return. Such items must be submitted for review by the Service Center Staff at Atech. Atech reserves the right to correct the problem or fault within seven days. The full amount of the refund will be given to the customer without any additional compensation or reimbursement if any deficiency is accepted and Atech fails to remedy it within the allotted time from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification you supplied. Alternatively, at your option, the product may be replaced with one of same kind and value, or with an equivalent product
  • Product not as described: Within 7 days of the delivery date, such products should be reported to Atech’s Customer Care Department using the email or contact information supplied below. If the purchased item differs from how it is advertised on the internet, there must be convincing proof to support this claim. Customer complaints that are solely the result of erroneous hopes or expectations are not respected.
  • After 7 days, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. Any complaint about flaws after a 7-day grace period will be handled using the manufacturer’s standard warranty support.
  • Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Also, it must be in its original packing. Only the original receipt and warranty cards will be accepted for refunds. The original payment method used for the purchase will be used for all refunds. If the products are purchased using a COD option, the refund will be issued in the form of a check.
  • It is not allowed to exchange products due to a change of mind.
