Cisco Dual Rate QSFP-40/100-SRBD Transceiver Module:
The Cisco QSFP-40/100-SRBD is an extremely versatile dual rate bidirectional (BiDi) QSFP28 transceiver module. Cisco Fiber Optic Module is capable of providing 40GBase-SR or 100GBase-SR throughput using multi mode fiber (MMF). For 40G throughput, this transceiver can reach distances of 100 meters over OM3 fiber, or up to 150 meters over OM4.
For 100G throughput, this Cisco module is capable of reaching up to 70 meters on OM3, or up to 100 meters on OM4. This module is an excellent way for customers to utilize their current 10G LC duplex MMF cabling infrastructure while migrating to 40G or 100G Ethernet connectivity.
Cisco Dual Rate QSFP-40/100-SRBD is ideal for data centers and campus networks where 100G and 40G Ethernet are deployed side by side or in transition. you can buy it in network equipment market with Atech warranty. If you want to know more about this product, you can contact us.

Features of Cisco Dual Rate QSFP-40/100-SRBD:
- Cisco Dual Rate QSFP-40/100-SRBD Transceiver
- Scalable Network Solution
- Simplify Network Infrastructure
- Hot Pluggable
- Dual-Rate Support: Works at 40G and 100G without needing a new transceiver
- BiDi Technology: Uses just two fibers (instead of eight) for both directions
- Compact Design: Fits QSFP+ and QSFP28 ports (auto-negotiates based on switch)
- Lower Cabling Complexity: Simplifies cable plant by using LC connectors and two fibers
- Backward Compatibility: Ideal for upgrading 40G BiDi infrastructure to 100G without rewiring
- Hot-Swappable: Can be inserted/removed while the switch is running
- Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM): Supports real-time diagnostics of optical power, temperature, etc.
Specifications of Cisco Dual Rate QSFP-40/100-SRBD:
